A company is looking for an IT Specialist to provide support for IT departments and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality, patient safety, and privacy through comprehensive support tactics
Prioritize incident response and service requests, solving end-users software and hardware issues
Collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot and escalate issues related to network performance and security procedures
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communication, Education, or related field
Minimum 3 years of helpdesk related experience
Experience working in a clinical setting and / or with Healthcare Information Technology is preferred
Familiarity with desktop and mobile operating systems
Able to work independently while collaborating with a larger team
