  • Start Date : November 14, 2025\n
  • End Date : February 13, 2026\n
  • Contract Duration : 13 weeks\n
  • Shift : Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : Yes\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990-$2130\n
  • Charting System : Epic EMR\n
  • Scrub Color : Royal blue\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (pending license accepted)\n
  • Minimum 1.5 years of recent ER nursing experience in an acute care hospital (2 years preferred)\n
  • Required certifications : TNCC, ACLS, BLS\n
  • Prior travel nursing experience required\n
  • Experience with Epic charting system preferred\n
  • Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs\n
  • Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n
  • At least one professional reference required\n
  • Local candidates (within 75 miles) not accepted\n

    • \n\nER Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

  • Provide expert emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced trauma center\n
  • Manage patient ratios averaging 1 : 5\n
  • Perform advanced ER nursing procedures : arterial line management, central line care, IV sedation, ventilated patient management\n
  • Interpret and manage dysrhythmias in a Level I Trauma Center setting\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including radiology, transportation, and unit secretaries\n
  • Float to other campuses as needed (excluding trauma / rescue rooms, triage, and locked behavioral health units)\n
  • Complete orientation and required modules pre-start and annually\n
