We're uiAgent. We've raised our seed round and are building the world-class team that will redefine accounting through AI Agents. With real revenue, rapid growth, and a massive market ahead, we're searching for a Business Intern who can help manage our daily operations.

Accounting is breaking. CPAs are working 80-hour weeks, missing birthdays, burning out, and leaving the profession. The world can't function without them — and yet the profession is in decline. At uiAgent, we believe AI can fix this. By 2027, we will be the #1 AI accounting platform for CPAs and accountants. Our mission is to automate work while giving people back their time, their families, their lives.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organized intern to support our startup's day-to-day operations. You'll work directly with leadership to keep things running smoothly while gaining broad exposure to how startups work.

What You'll Do

Create and organize SOPs and documentation in Notion
Manage emails, calendars, and meeting coordination
Source and hire freelancers for various projects
Coordinate business travel and logistics
Handle administrative tasks and special projects as needed
