Administrative Clerk-Senior - 8 hrs / day (Special Education / PC#254147)

Position Summary : Performs a variety of technical clerical, record keeping, data profiling, and reporting or other support to include monitoring of contracts, budgets, and administrative aspects of projects.

Application Deadline : 10 / 23 / 25

Work Year : 12 Months / year

Employee Type : Full-Time

Salary : $22.04 - $29.17 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).

Location : Special Education Services

Hours : 8 hours / day; 5 days / week

Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours / day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours / day).

Education and Experience : The position requires a High School diploma and 4 years of general clerical and keyboarding experience in a customer service oriented environment. Additional post secondary education may substitute for some experience.

Licenses and Certifications : May require a valid driver’s license.
