Essential Functions : The Outreach Liaison is responsible for participating in a comprehensive, statewide outreach program. Focuses on building positive relationships and business with all facets of the market including primary care providers, subspecialty care providers, and other healthcare organizations. Interacts with patients families, other hospital staff and referring physicians and facilities in a professional manner.

Experience Qualifications :

• 2 years / 3-5 years Physician practice or equivalent capacities
