The Helix School is seeking a compassionate and creative Special Education Teacher for the 20252026 school year. We serve bright and neurodivergent students, primarily on the autism spectrum, in a therapeutic, relationship-based school setting. Our teachers work with a max of 7 students in the classroom, supported by specialists including SLPs, OTs, Behaviorists, BCBAs, and Counselors.

Your Day-to-Day :

• Teach a class of up to 7 students with autism and related learning differences
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans aligned with IEPs
• Integrate social-emotional learning and life skills into the daily curriculum
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and teaching aides to ensure student success.
• Use evidence-based practices to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth.
