Job Description
- Properly handle customer incoming calls withing department service level agreement, ensuring Reg. E compliance
- Accurately record customer reason for disputing transactions
- Properly respond to customer inquiries regarding existing disputes
- Research transaction entry modes and additional data
- Meet assigned deadlines and goals
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience
