Palo Alto County Health System (PACHS) is offering an exciting opportunity for compassionate RNs to work nights and weekends. Our unique package includes working 3 out of 4 weekends, ensuring you have time to recharge while making a difference in our community.

Position Summary :

PACHS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care and work with physicians and staff to maintain high standards of care. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and educate patients and families while ensuring efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Coordinate care with other departments and ensure proper patient education.

Assist with emergency measures when needed.

Supervise and support nursing team members.

Participate in orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Current Iowa Nursing License.

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

OB and telemetry training as required.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
