Must-Have :

Competence in monitoring, interpreting, and responding to acute telemetry changes.

Proficiency in managing radial hemostasis devices.

Ability to manage femoral access sites following arterial and venous sheath removal, including recognition and response to complications.

Description :

The unit is a 15-bed Floor / IMC level unit with private and semi-private rooms.

Typical staffing ratios range depending on patient acuity.

The unit operates 24 / 5, with occasional Saturday morning discharges.

Overnight patient census generally ranges from 2 to 4 patients.

The unit primarily manages prescheduled outpatients who are discharged the same day or observed overnight.

In addition, it supports inpatients recovering in the immediate post-procedure period before returning to their rooms.

The unit supports several service lines, with procedures performed in an adjacent invasive procedural suite.
