Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Workday tools and a solid understanding of HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI , and Workday Studio
- Build and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, applications, and custom integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal) to gather business requirements and resolve pain points
- Support testing and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure seamless functionality
- Contribute to the HR data and analytics strategy by integrating data sources and building actionable insights
- Integrate Workday with third-party vendor systems and internal technologies
- Participate in knowledge sharing and help build internal documentation and delivery frameworks
- Recommend and implement new features and workflows to improve the Workday environment
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8+ years of experience with Workday integrations including APIs, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core ConnectorProficient in at least one Workday functional area (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)Strong understanding of integration architecture and best practicesWorkday certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio are a strong plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentStrong analytical skills with attention to detailNice to Have
Experience contributing to product feature enhancements or building workflowsFamiliarity with building internal delivery collateral or training materials
