Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Workday tools and a solid understanding of HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI , and Workday Studio
  • Build and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, applications, and custom integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal) to gather business requirements and resolve pain points
  • Support testing and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure seamless functionality
  • Contribute to the HR data and analytics strategy by integrating data sources and building actionable insights
  • Integrate Workday with third-party vendor systems and internal technologies
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and help build internal documentation and delivery frameworks
  • Recommend and implement new features and workflows to improve the Workday environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience with Workday integrations including APIs, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector
  • Proficient in at least one Workday functional area (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and best practices
  • Workday certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio are a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Experience contributing to product feature enhancements or building workflows
  • Familiarity with building internal delivery collateral or training materials
