Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role involves conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families, and ensuring effective therapy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior and skill-based assessments.

Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.

Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs and ABA therapists.

Provide parent training and collaborate with families.

Track progress, update treatment plans, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification (required).

Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Passion for working with children, young adults, and families.
