Location : Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

We're hiring an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives for one of our premier consulting clients in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. You'll define enterprise-wide architectures across policy, claims, billing, and underwriting systems , leveraging Microsoft Azure as the core platform.

This role blends business domain depth and technical leadership , driving modernization through microservices, APIs, and data-driven frameworks . You'll work closely with business, data, and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that transform core insurance systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement Azure-based enterprise solutions across data, integration, and security layers.
• Lead modernization of legacy core systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco) using microservices and event-driven designs.
• Align business, data, and application architectures with underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements .
• Establish reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and design patterns for enterprise adoption.
• Oversee solution governance , vendor alignment, and architectural standards.
• Design integrations connecting CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and data platforms for seamless visibility.
• Drive migration roadmaps and impact assessments for key insurance platforms.
• Ensure compliance with SOC2, GDPR, and NAIC standards.
