Financial Advisor II
The Financial Advisor II is responsible for providing advanced financial advising, estate and asset management planning helping clients achieve their financial goals. The incumbent is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and developing customized investment strategies. The Financial Advisor II will cultivate client relationships and drive the sales of Everwise Wealth Management solutions. This is an outreach role and the Financial Advisor II is expected to close new Everwise Investment Service business while retaining and servicing existing and new clients.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties :
- Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals, develop personalized financial plans based on client's goals, risk tolerance, and planning time.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential centers of influence.
- Expand book of business by acquiring new relationships.
- Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including branch retail staff to participate in business development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, approved product suite, and regulations.
- Have a deep understanding of Everwise wealth management services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients / prospects in a one-on-one or group format.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investment services.
- Prepare monthly reports on business development activities and results.
- Consistently leverage our Salesforce based Customer Relationship Management system.
- Work closely with colleagues in investment services, portfolio management and financial planning to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Prepare and process investment & account documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups.
- Research and data analysis.
- Assist with promotional activities, client events and seminars.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required for the growth, advancement of Everwise.
Knowledge / Skills :
Understanding of wealth planning concepts and how they fit into wealth management solutions.Strong familiarity with financial modeling and investment analysis toolsAbility to analyze financial data and market trendsCritical thinking and decision-making skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsEnergetic, self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal oriented.High degree of integrity and ethical conductAbility to be flexible and adaptable.Proficiency in technology, including the ability to effectively use a variety of software programs and operating systems.Completes production and traffic reports accurately and on a timely basis.Minimum Requirement :
