Job Description

Holiday Warehouse Position – Flexible Schedule with Up to $1000 in Bonuses!

Job Summary :

Join our team at Stauer in Burnsville, MN! We’re hiring holiday Warehouse Associates for immediate openings. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available — with day shifts only!

Onsite Interviews :

We’re holding open interviews every Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stop by at your convenience! Walk in, apply, and receive an offer the same day.

Pay Rate : $16 - $18 per hour

Bonuses :

Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus (eligibility requires employment from 10 / 20 / 25 to 12 / 23 / 2025)
Up to $500 Attendance Bonus (must work through 12 / 23 / 2025)

Bonus Details :

Limited-time offer with terms and conditions

Must be employed at the time of payout

Bonuses will be paid in installments

Key Responsibilities :

Pick and pack client orders accurately and on time

Assemble product components and prepare them for shipment

Support other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed

Skills / Experience :

Ability to identify products by size, type, style, or code

Strong reading and math skills to match orders with items

Capable of managing varied workloads and performing repetitive tasks

Requirements :

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Perform physical activities, including loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 10-40 pounds frequently (up to 70 pounds occasionally)

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Warehouse experience preferred

Forklift certification is a plus

Site Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (8-hour shifts within these hours)

Part-Time Optional : must work a minimum of 4-hour shifts
