Salary : $118,000 – $125,000 annually

Our client, a leader in aerospace innovation, seeks a hands‑on Quality Site Leader to oversee daily Quality Assurance operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality matters in Danville facilities.
• Develop deep expertise in North American quality processes and value streams.
• Oversee schedules for new quality initiatives, equipment moves, FAIs, and capability studies.
• Ensure adherence to all customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality support for work transfers and integration of outsourced vendors.
• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System, ensuring AS9100 compliance.
• Champion a culture of root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Provide organizational leadership including training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Support cross‑functional global improvement activities.
• Manage quality problem‑solving investigations and reporting (RCCA).
• Develop systems to measure, monitor, and control product quality.
• Foster effective communication across teams and functions.
• Lead and develop a team capable of thriving in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
