MBI Health Services is looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our residential team supporting adults and children with developmental disabilities. We currently have full-time (3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM) and on-call shifts available in Washington, DC.
In this role, you’ll make a direct impact by helping individuals with personal care, daily living skills, and community engagement in a supportive, home-like setting. Experience working with individuals who use wheelchairs or driving a handicap-accessible van is a plus , but not required. If you’re patient, dependable, and ready to make a difference—you belong here.
Starting Pay : $17.95 / hour.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Immediately report any malfunction of equipment to the Residential Manager.
Collect all mail from the properties relative to utility bills, court notices etc, and submit to Residential Manager.
Ensure that during inclement weather and other emergencies all preventative and safety precaution activities are implemented as outlined in company policies.
