Join Seronda Networks as a Public Relations Associate

Location : Houston, TX (On-site - Must work from the office)

Work Type : In-person (strictly on-site)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help build and maintain a positive public image for our organization through effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing media relations, crafting press releases, and coordinating events that enhance the company’s visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies to promote the organization.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and fact sheets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Coordinate and manage public events, including press conferences and community outreach activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR metrics and effectiveness.
  • Support the social media team in aligning PR efforts with online engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for brand promotion.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
