In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our fulfillment capabilities and supporting the company's ambitious goals. Join us as a Senior Manager, Operations and Implementation, where you'll lead the launch of new Fulfillment Centers and drive transformative initiatives across our supply chain. What you'll do...

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new Fulfillment Center launches
• Partner with engineering, operations, HR, IT, and finance to ensure operational readiness
• Present launch progress and recommendations to Senior Leadership
• Develop training and onboarding for new leaders
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
• Up to 75% Travel Required

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
