Key Responsibilities
Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies to acquire qualified leads and drive enrollment
Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms
Manage KPIs related to paid lead generation and collaborate with analytics teams for performance reporting
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications / experience; MBA is a plus
Proven track record of managing and mentoring direct reports
Hands-on expertise with paid search, paid social, and programmatic media
Strong understanding of lead generation and full-funnel marketing for enrollment-driven businesses
