Tile Helper Apprentice

Hardwoods Unlimited, a thriving family-owned flooring company, is looking for a Tile Helper Apprentice to join our team! If you're eager to learn a valuable trade and build a career, this is a fantastic opportunity. No prior experience is necessary – we'll teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled tile professional.

What You'll Do :

As a Tile Helper Apprentice, you'll work closely with our experienced tile crew, learning the ropes of high-quality tile installation and repair. Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting the Tile Crew : You'll support our installers with various tasks, including preparing job sites, cutting tile, and assisting with grout and caulk finishing.

Learning Best Practices : We'll train you on industry best practices and manufacturer guidelines to ensure every installation meets our high standards.

Maintaining Quality & Efficiency : You'll help ensure projects are completed with excellent workmanship and on schedule.

Keeping it Clean & Safe : You'll learn proper material handling, disposal, and how to maintain a tidy and safe work environment.

Collaborating with the Team : You'll work alongside our sales and design teams to ensure customer expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

What We're Looking For :

A Valid Driver's License : This is a must-have for getting to and from job sites.

Eagerness to Learn : You're passionate about mastering new skills and delivering outstanding results.

Attention to Detail : You have a keen eye for precision and are committed to quality work, even when tasks are repetitive.

Physical Stamina : You should be able to lift 60 pounds or more comfortably.

Commitment to Safety : You're dedicated to following safety protocols and maintaining a professional attitude.
