Licensed to practice in LouisianaLTC experience preferredGood communication & leadership skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and manage stressComputer skills appropriate to job requirements and EHR.Valid drivers license and ability to operate motor vehicleAssisted Living LPN is in charge of designated nursing functions during his / her shift. Evaluates, plans, and implements adequate resident care and prevention of illnesses. Provides direct care, to the residents, and delegates and supervises the care provided by C N As / AMIs.
