Coach, Assistant Girls Wrestling Coach

Standing Bear High School is seeking an assistant coach who possesses a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate, or Nebraska Administrative and Supervisory Certification, or Special Services Coaching Permit. The assistant coach will provide qualified leadership for the Girls Wrestling Program.

Good communication and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to develop positive and productive relationships with student-athletes, their families, and the community. The assistant coach must be able to provide quality instruction of fundamental skills and have a comprehensive knowledge of the sport of wrestling. The assistant will support the Head Coach and the entire wrestling program.

A strong belief in the value of educational-based athletics is critical, as is an emphasis on the importance of the student-athlete.
