We're excited to offer a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) opportunity at either our East Lansing or Lansing clinic. Hand therapy experience is a must, and this role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering one-on-one care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Earn an hourly rate of up to $30.00, depending on your experience. Plus, participate in our clinic bonus structure where you determine how much you earn. We're also offering a generous sign on bonus! What you'll do :

• Assist clinicians in evaluating and treating patients using evidence-based practices.
• Assist clinicians in creating care plans and track progress toward functional goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate and empower patients with tools to support recovery outside the clinic.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education.
