Job Title : Agricultural Drainage Construction Foreman

Location : Moorhead MN

Job Type : Full Time

Salary : $28 - $34 per hour – 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, and PTO

We are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Drainage Construction Foreman to join our team at Landmark Companies in Moorhead, MN. As an Agricultural Drainage Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of agricultural drainage systems to improve the productivity and sustainability of our clients' land.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a team of skilled workers in the construction of agricultural drainage systems

Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction

Qualifications :

Prior experience in agricultural drainage construction

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment

Valid driver's license - Class A CDL preferred
