Role Purpose

As Junior Mechanical Engineer, your role is to support the engineering team with product design, documentation, testing, and installations. You help ensure that our innovative moving pool floors and Smart Plunge pools are designed, built, and delivered with precision, safety, and quality.

Core Responsibilities

  • Keep the Bill of Materials (BOM) accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with CAD models, drawings, and design revisions.
  • Support prototyping, assembly, and testing of components.
  • Help during installations, troubleshooting, and customer-ready handoffs.
  • Document technical notes, updates, and design changes.
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and the team to meet project goals.
  • Contribute ideas for improving products and processes.

  • Technical Skills

  • Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for precise design work.
  • Mechanical design & prototyping (knowledge of mechanisms, actuators, hydraulics, and smart systems).
  • Hands-on fabrication / testing - comfortable building, troubleshooting, and refining prototypes.
  • Electrical / mechatronics basics (sensors, motors, automation) to understand SMART functionality.
  • Quality & safety awareness - designing to ASTM and luxury-grade standards.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving

  • Ability to translate visionary ideas into technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
  • Creative thinking to help improve luxury features (silence, seamlessness, durability).
  • Strong analytical mindset to solve unexpected challenges.
