Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.\n\nPosition Responsibilities : \nPerforms an assessment of the patient, leading to development, implementation and evaluation of a plan of care.\n\nAdministers, monitors and documents therapeutic interventions and regimes.\n\nEffectively manages rapidly changing situations.\n\nParticipates in clinical decision-making.\n\nEducates patient and family / responsible party regarding disease process, individual care needs, wellness, safety issues, etc.\n\nDelegates and monitors care rendered by other members of nursing department and healthcare team.\n\nDemonstrates standard precautions and patient safety principles in practice.\n\nParticipates in orientation, education and development of healthcare team.\n\nIdentifies and participates in the performance improvement activities.\n\nMaintains professional and departmental level competencies.\n\nPosition Qualifications Required / Experience Required : \nMust have valid NJ RN License. Approved licenses must be presented and maintained in accordance with the State of New Jersey licensing board.
