Lead AI Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer responsible for owning complex AI agent platform components and mentoring other engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered low-code platform capabilities

Architect and optimize agent orchestration pipelines, integrating with AWS services and Kubernetes

Act as a technical mentor, driving AI engineering best practices and knowledge sharing across teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI / ML, or equivalent experience

7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in AI / ML engineering or AI agent systems

Strong skills in C# (.NET Core) and proficiency in Python or Java

Expertise in AWS cloud services and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration

Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and knowledge of LLM prompt engineering
