Location : Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the HR department and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation analysis, benefits renewals, and policy development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with operations to support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.

Requirements :

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • HR Certification : (e.g. SHRM-CP, SPHR)
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Experience with acquisitions and integrating new employees into the organization.
  • Ability to conduct compensation analysis and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
