You'll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, caring for critically ill patients and responding to life-threatening situations with confidence and expertise.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with facility protocols\n
• Monitor vital signs, administer IVs and medications, manage ventilators and other life-support systems\n
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other nurses to implement effective care plans\n
• Accurately document patient status and care provided\n
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and state / federal regulations\n\nRequirements : \n
• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required\n
• Minimum 1–2 years recent ICU experience\n
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills\n
