Job Description

The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for all staff involved in the decommissioning process. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the decommissioning project.
• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers, safety officers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in nuclear decommissioning and training methodologies.
• Other training related duties as assigned.
