Accounting Manager - Procurement & Payables

Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead their Accounts Payable and Procurement operations with a focus on process optimization and team development. What You’ll Do : Key Responsibilities

Oversee Accounts Payable and Procurement operations, including PO matching, invoice processing, and supplier master file maintenance

Lead and coach a team of 6–7, supporting their growth and performance

Manage reconciliations for PPD and accrued accounts while ensuring compliance and accuracy

Drive system and workflow enhancements to improve automation and ERP effectiveness

Partner across departments to strengthen AP / Procurement processes and support ERP-related projects

What Gets You the Job :

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

Active CPA license

At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience with both public and private backgrounds

2–5 years of supervisory or management experience, ideally leading AP or Procurement teams

Strong technical skills with Oracle ERP, advanced Excel, and familiarity with procurement workflow tools
