Description : About the Role
The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting farmers, sales staff, and the agronomy team to ensure accurate records, smooth operations, and exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for timely and precise invoicing of agronomy products and services, monitoring customer bookings, sales contracts and prepay accounts. In addition, the role supports positive customer interactions and collaborates with team members to coordinate services, deliveries and product needs. This is a dynamic position for someone who is great at multi-tasking, organized, detail-oriented and passionate about supporting both customers and Landus team members in a fast-paced, ag-focused environment.
