Job Description The Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology fulfills the needs of patients, families, and the community by performing a variety of patient care functions in accordance with licensure, certification, and hospital policy. The RN delivers competent and compassionate care, applying knowledge of growth and development to provide age-appropriate services.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform initial and ongoing assessments of assigned patients, including admission and review of systems.

Document nursing needs and interventions appropriately and within established time frames.

Important Notes Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology Acute Care experience

Neuro Stroke experience required

Cerner EMR experience required

3+ years of total IR experience preferred

License : Active DC RN license required
