As a Senior Infrastructure Design Engineer at American Operations Corporation, you will lead the design and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions that support our technology initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including analyzing requirements, developing design specifications, and ensuring the integration of infrastructure components to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Infrastructure Design : Lead the design of enterprise-level infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, network, and cloud systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Technical Analysis : Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to determine infrastructure requirements and propose effective design solutions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, security, and operations, to ensure designs meet both business and technical requirements.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and implementation plans.
• Standards and Best Practices : Establish and enforce design standards, processes, and best practices to optimize system performance and maintain security compliance.
• Project Management : Manage infrastructure design projects, overseeing timelines and deliverables, and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Testing & Validation : Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet specifications and perform as expected before deployment.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, exploring new tools and methodologies to improve infrastructure design processes.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
