The Manager Technology manages the Cyber Governance and Risk Management Team, which oversees cybersecurity risk, compliance, and governance across the enterprise. They'll collaborate with various partners, including Legal, IT, Internal Audit, Privacy, Procurement, and Technology Leadership, in assisting in the handling of risk assessments, policy and standard development, and security governance frameworks. The Manager Technology is an excellent communicator and problem solver ready to pilot the future of Southwest's Technology .

Required : High School Diploma or GEDRequired : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or similar fields of study or equivalent advanced level experienceExperience
Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)Fully functioning, broad knowledge in :A Business and / or Information Technology environment
Leading teams and providing work directionPreferred : Famil iarity with cybersecurity framewor ks such as NIST CSF , ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS
Preferred : Exposure to GRC platforms like ServiceNow, Archer, or OneTrust .
Preferred : Basic understanding of policy management, risk documentation, or compliance tracking
Preferred : Experience or coursework in cybersecurity risk analysis, especially interest in learning methodologies like FAIR
Preferred : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI for reporting and documentation

Competitive market salary from $141,400 per year to $157,100 per year
