Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

Provide weekly home infusion services including lab draws, dressing changes, and patient education

Deliver medications and therapies under RN supervision

Travel across to patient homes

Collaborate with RNs and physicians to support holistic care

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold privacy standards

Participate in on-call rotation (triage only, no visits required)

Skills You Need

Active LPN license in North Carolina

2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or med / surg

Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills

Ability to work autonomously and travel daily

Must have personal vehicle and active auto insurance
