We’re looking for a Commercial Loan Servicer who’s ready to dive into the world of loan files, insurance tracking, and compliance monitoring — all while delivering top-notch service to our members. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure our lending operations run like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Manage loan files post-booking, including title clearance and final title policy orders.
• Administer servicing activities such as construction draws, insurance claims, rate changes, and paid loan file processing.
• Oversee insurance tracking, verify coverage, and process escrowed premiums.
• Monitor property taxes, pay escrowed obligations, and address delinquencies.
• Track commercial loan covenants and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Prepare accurate payoff quotes, including prepayment penalties and collateral releases.
• Manage UCC filings and tracking to maintain lien perfection.
• Collect and process participation payments and complete required reporting.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting tasks.
• Serve as a resource for members, resolving discrepancies and answering questions.
• Maintain accurate procedures and documentation for all responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
