Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver specialized instruction to self-contained, multi-categorical high school classrooms with up to 15 students.
  • Provide effective resource support at the middle school level to groups of up to 33 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student requirements.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to foster student growth and academic success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • Valid multi-categorical or Learning Disabilities (LD) teaching licensure.
  • Experience working in self-contained and resource settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage classrooms of varying sizes with diverse learner profiles.
