Join our growing kitchen team of passionate chefs and bakers at the brand new Ballerina Farm Shop! We are seeking a baker dedicated to crafting exceptional breads, pastries, and seasonal bakery items. If you thrive on working with fresh ingredients, love baking from scratch, and enjoy being a valued member of a food-loving team, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bakeartisan breads, pastries, and seasonal baked goodswith attention to quality and flavor.
- Work early morningsin a supportive, team-oriented kitchen environment.
- Maintainhigh standards of cleanliness and food safety, ensuring all workspaces and equipment are spotless.
- Contribute tomenu developmentand test new seasonal recipes in collaboration with chefs and bakers.
- Participate in daily prep work and assist with special kitchen tasks as needed.
