job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLocation : 930 North Congress Avenue, Suite 200, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 Schedule : Full-Time (M-F + 1 Saturday / mo) Multi-Provider Practice Clinical Expertise : Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures. Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments. Treatment Planning : Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Educate patients on treatment options, ensuring informed decision-making. Patient Care : Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing oral health concerns. Build positive relationships with patients and create a comfortable environment. Leadership and Collaboration : Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance on treatment plans, protocols, and best practices. Adherence to Protocols : Adhere to established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Implement and follow specialty referral guidelines when necessary. - Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities
- Earn a minimum of 32% of production based upon your experience and clinical capabilities
- Opportunities to earn performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards you with increases to your percent of production based upon the clinical value that you create
