About The Role
Drive the Future of GEOINT Through Advanced Modeling and Analysis
We are looking for an expert-level Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to lead the development and application of advanced modeling techniques in support of analysts, mission stakeholders, and warfighters. This role plays a critical part in defining and analyzing system and data requirements to improve NGA's business and mission processes—ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate geospatial intelligence (GEOINT).

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
4 years of relevant experience with no degree
18+ years of experience in government or industry, modeling large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid settings
Desired Qualifications :
Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and processes
Cloud-based technologies
Salary & Benefits
Target Salary Range : $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual\'s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
