SUMMARY :
Responsible for ensuring that all accounting activities in the Club / Cage Department are performed accurately and efficiently, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State Tax Commissions, and established company policies, procedures and controls.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Directly supervises the activities of all Employees in the Cage on assigned shift.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma or GED required. Some college courses in Banking and Finance or related area preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of one-year experience in casino credit operations or related area required. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must be extremely numbers-oriented.
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY :
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.

The Employee is regularly required to stand, for long periods of time, at the Cage counter.
