A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Proposals to lead the proposal team for Aetna Mental Well-Being and Resources for Living.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with sales and account management leaders to develop sales support strategies and prioritize projects
Manages the end-to-end proposal development process, including writing, editing, and reviewing content
Analyzes sales performance metrics and provides insights to optimize the sales support process
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in a proposal department
Progressive leadership and mentoring experience
Healthcare knowledge
Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training / relevant professional qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal tools
