Associate Engineer (Mechanical)

We're looking for an Associate Engineer (Mechanical) to support the design and quoting of custom seals and shelter products, helping customers get exactly what they need for unique building and application requirements. n custom product design and quoting for Rite-Hite's seals and shelters product line. This role blends mechanical design work, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving to turn customer requests into manufacturable, high-quality solutions. As an Associate Engineer, you'll focus primarily oWork closely with sales, customer service, and regional managers to clarify customer requirements and ensure accurate designs.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Proficiency with Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with custom product design or quoting preferred. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) required.
