A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support veterinary practices and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and train new clients on software solutions and services
Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Monitor client health and provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions
Required Qualifications
Completion of a two-year associate's degree program in business administration or related field preferred
Veterinary technician or veterinary practice manager program is preferred
Bilingual communication skills (Spanish or French) are a plus
General knowledge of veterinary hospital processes preferred
Experience with CRM, ERP, SAP, or Salesforce.com preferred
