Job Overview
The Email Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing email communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and executing communication strategies to drive customer retention and sales growth. Job Responsibilities
Ability to effectively manage schedules and projects, and meet deadlines for time-sensitive work
Develop and implement email creative including copywriting, editing, image request, and selection (HTML,CSS)
Leverage A / B testing, segmentation, and behavioral targeting to maximize engagement
Manage deliverability, and compliance with CAN-SPAM / CASL, CCPA
Provide thorough quality assurance of emails pre-delivery, across mobile and desktop variants, and use best practices for email deliverability
Design and implement numerous personalization journeys for consumers and customers across channels leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies
Partner cross-functionally to build personalization use cases that span the entire customer experience
Experience with setting up SMS and other notification programs a plus
Various other projects and duties as assigned
Preferred Requirements
5+ years of experience with marketing technology, CRM / analysis
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist credential
Responsive email coding knowledge (HTML,CSS)
Familiarity with project management software
Experience working on multivariate or multiregional campaigns
Strong understanding of Marketing objectives, goals, and strategies and ability to leverage marketing technology solutions to execute against objectives
Highly detail-oriented
Works well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
