Key Responsibilities
Receives and resolves patient / client calls professionally
Reviews accounts to take appropriate actions regarding insurance and billing
Updates patient accounts and performs pre-verifications for claims eligibility
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
Previous call center experience is highly desirable
Fluency in Spanish, both oral and written, is a plus
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts preferred
