Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Systems

Our client is seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support ongoing enterprise system enhancements and integrations. This functional role is ideal for someone who thrives on working with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system configurations, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions across multiple platforms.

Location : Dallas, TX 75202
Compensation : This job is expected to pay about $120-130K plus benefits

What You’ll Do :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for system enhancements, upgrades, and new integrations

Support ongoing configuration efforts and improvements across UKG, MS Dynamics, iCIMS, and Deltek platforms

Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized solutions

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and documentation

Partner with IT and business teams to support testing, implementation, and change management

What Gets You the Job :

3+ years of functional business analysis experience supporting UKG, Microsoft Dynamics, iCIMS, or Deltek

Proven ability to gather stakeholder requirements and define system configurations or enhancements

Strong understanding of business processes in HR, finance, or CRM platforms

Familiarity with post-implementation work such as upgrades, customizations, and integrations

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, UKG / iCIMS / Dynamics) are a plus
