job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGather requirements, design, and implement solutions using the employer's application suite Integrate the employer's application suite with third-party software interfaces Develop and maintain project documentation, standard operating procedures, and other required documentation Lead or assist in training sessions with customers and provide implementation support Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, third-party vendors, and industry consultants College diploma or University degree in a related technical field (e.g., Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science) Strong grasp of SQL and one or more Enterprise Database Software such as SQL Server or Oracle Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments Ability to travel in North America up to 30% of the time Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 3+ years of relevant work experience in software implementation Strong working knowledge of object-oriented design (C / C++ or Java) Previous experience in training customers and writing technical documents Previous experience in the Utilities industry is an asset
