Position Overview :
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and help deepen client relationships, uncover new opportunities, and expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship & Business Development
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to generate referrals and uncover new opportunities
- Engage clients about additional planning opportunities, including asset gathering and our Platinum Pass offerings
- Build rapport and trust with clients, maintaining consistent, value-driven communication
- Manage marketing opportunities for existing clients (birthdays, policy anniversaries, etc.)
Lead Generation & Outreach
Utilize LinkedIn and industry-specific lead generation tools to identify and reach out to prospective clientsManage and execute a strategic outreach campaign via the advisor’s LinkedIn profileFollow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain tracking systems for outreach successClient Services & Support
Contact existing clients to ensure insurance policy payments are currentSchedule annual reviews and maintain recurring client meetingsWork closely with the advisor to identify client needs and help facilitate service deliveryAdministrative & Operational Support
Keep CRM systems up to date with contact notes and lead statusAssist with preparation for client meetings, follow-ups, and communications as neededCollaborate with the advisor to improve and refine client engagement strategiesManage weekly team meetings and team calendarsQualifications :
2+ years administrative experience in a professional setting, required2+ years of experience in a sales, client service, or financial services support role, preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and writtenComfort using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and digital communication toolsHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independentlyGoal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping peopleFamiliarity with financial planning, insurance, or investment services is a plusWhat We Offer :
